2023年8月15日，小径湾艾美酒店为极简，乐活，应季而生，全新BBQ理念打造的Charcoal “炭”餐厅举办开业Party。餐厅BBQ以充满异域风情的腌料、传袭秘制菜谱的配比为基底搭配来自西北部的珍品肉类、精选的鱼鲜以及纯手工打造的香肠等珍馐，精妙演绎木火炭烤的魅力，给我们带来别具魅力的味蕾盛宴。此次开业Party邀请了近30位媒体、KOL出席，共同品鉴美食，度过了一个愉悦尽兴的派对夜。
On August 15, 2023, the Charcoal restaurant, created with the brand new BBQ concept, was opened as a minimalist, lively and seasonal event at the Le Meridien Xiaojing Bay. The restaurant BBQ is based on exotic marinades and a traditional secret recipe, paired with rare meats from the northwest, selected fish, and handmade sausages. It delicately portrays the charm of wooden charcoal grilling, bringing us a unique and charming taste buds feast. This opening party invited nearly 30 media and KOLs to attend and taste the delicious food together, spending a joyful and enjoyable party night.
